Workspace access is restricted to approved Host Accounts and invited sub-accounts. ARCEN reviews identity, organisation details, intended use, and access justification before any workspace invitation is issued.

Application statuses: New, Under Review, More Information Needed, Approved, Rejected, Invited, and Archived. If email delivery is unavailable, the application still remains saved in Admin Control for manual follow-up.
